Team-Taught Dual Credit Courses Closely matched college or apprenticeship and secondary curriculum content Taught by both a college professor or instructor and a secondary school teacher. No maximum number of credits Could be any Ontario curriculum course, including compulsory courses (Dual Credit Policy p. 8) 4 Team-taught Dual Credit Courses Assessment and evaluation of the Ontario curriculum course is done by the

The passing grade for AEF4T at Conestoga is 55%. Since the student did not achieve that grade, he does not receive a credit, even though his mark is above 50%. 15 16 College-delivered dual credits For level 1 apprenticeship courses, the name of the college does not appear on the OST. Level 1 App followed by the TCU name of the apprenticeship and the TCU code The default passing grade is 60% If the passing grade is not 60%, users
must select the appropriate college title (Dual Credit Policy p. 15) 17 College-delivered dual credits Level 1 apprenticeship courses are all multiple-credit courses If students do not successfully complete the entire program, partial credit can be granted. The college instructor and the dual credit teacher would jointly make that decision The word partial appears on the OST after the name of the Level 1 program (OST manual p. 11)

Compulsory Note TKA4Y has a value of 3 credits. This student did not successfully complete the program but was awarded 1.5 credits. Note that partial appears after the Course Title. TSA4Y has a value of 2 credits.
