EMS Examination Request Submit seven (7) days prior to examination date. Changing of examination date will require written request with justification. Proctor must be approved by prior to examination request.

Fire Instructor Course and Examination Request Must successfully pass the knowledge examination prior to admission to course. Examination Request for the knowledge examination is an Examination only. Fire charter is responsible for verifying eligibility.

SME can participate from there location through Unified Messaging beginning November 2016. Firefighter Examinations Volunteer Firefighter will be 75 questions with practical skill examination.

An examination may be appealed on the basis of improper examination administration and/or examination content. Test Appeal The written appeal shall include a detailed explanation including name of the following: examinee contact

information specific examination taken date, time, and location of the examination basis for the appeal.
