a priority for Parent Centers. To quote from OSEPs recent application package At a minimum, the PTIs must: (a) increase parents capacity to help their children with disabilities improve their early learning, school-aged, and postsecondary outcomes; and (b) increase youth with disabilities capacity to be effective self-advocates.
